Welcome to Virtual Look. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications, Virtual Look and Parent Look (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Responsibilities

Your safety is a shared responsibility. For the Service to function as intended, you are solely responsible for:

• Providing and maintaining accurate, up-to-date emergency contact information.
• Ensuring your mobile device has sufficient battery power, mobile network coverage, and an active SMS plan.
• Keeping your device's GPS/location services enabled and set to a high-accuracy mode.
• Granting all necessary app permissions (Location, SMS, etc.).
• Correctly enabling the Accessibility Service for the volume button trigger feature.

2. "Rescue Call" Feature

The Service includes a "Rescue Call" feature designed to simulate an incoming phone call to provide a pretext for leaving an uncomfortable or potentially unsafe situation. You agree to use this feature responsibly and at your own risk. The developer is not liable for any outcomes or consequences that may arise from your use of the "Rescue Call" feature.

3. Disclaimers and Nature of the Service

The Service is a supplementary safety aid and is not a substitute for contacting official emergency services (e.g., 112, 100, 911). The performance of the Service depends on third-party infrastructure (mobile networks, SMS, GPS) beyond our control. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, and we do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered in a timely manner, or at all.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Look and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of life, personal injury, or profits, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are offered on a subscription basis. All payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed exclusively through your Google Play Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
