• Account Information: When you register, we collect your Name, Email Address, and a securely hashed version of your Password.
• Location Information: With your explicit permission, we collect your device's precise GPS location data only when an emergency alert is triggered or attached to a premium check-in. This is shared exclusively with your designated emergency contacts during an active alert.
• Emergency Contacts: We store the phone numbers of the emergency contacts you provide locally on your device.
• Subscription Information: For premium users, we receive a secure confirmation token from Google Play upon a successful transaction. We do not collect or store any of your sensitive financial information.
• Installation Identifier: We collect an anonymous, unique identifier for your app installation. This is used to securely verify subscription purchases with our server and prevent fraud.
• Accessibility Service Data: To enable the volume button trigger, our Service uses an Accessibility Service. This service **only** monitors for the specific sequence of volume key presses. It **does not** read, log, or store any other key presses or on-screen content.
• Usage and Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous data about how you interact with our Service (e.g., which features are used, crash reports, device model). This helps us improve the app.
• User-Provided Audio (Premium Feature): For premium users, the "Rescue Call" feature allows you to select a custom audio file from your device. This file is copied and stored privately in the app's secure local storage on your device only. This file is never uploaded to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the core functionality of the Service, including sending emergency alerts.
• To create and manage your user account.
• To process and securely verify your premium subscription.
• To communicate with you, including for verification and support.
• To analyze and improve the Service by understanding how our features are used.
• To enable the "Custom Audio" feature for the Rescue Call, allowing you to play your own pre-recorded audio stored on your device.

Your privacy is paramount. We only share your information in these limited circumstances:

• With Your Emergency Contacts: During an active alert, your name, location, and battery status will be shared via SMS.
• With Service Providers: We use Google services like Firebase for our backend infrastructure and Google Analytics for Firebase for usage analysis.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law.

We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your information.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You can review and update your information and contacts at any time within the App. You can revoke permissions through your device's settings, though this may limit core safety features.
